Hale Hygiene + is a high-adhesion water-based paint product that can be applied to any hard surface. It comes in a clear coat and a range of colours. Developed specifically to help reduce the spread of bacteria, virus and mould by focusing on active surfaces that lead to the spread such as key touch points in the built environment. Hygiene + provides any hard surface with enhanced protection against mould, bacteria and virus including E. coli, Coronavirus and MRSA.

Short Description Hale Hygiene + is a direct adhesion, water-borne topcoat, suitable for hard surfaces including melamine, ceramic tile, glass, powder coat, wood, galvanise and most plastics.

Application Abrade the surface to provide a key/profile for Hygiene + to adhere to. P240 grade paper for flat surfaces, sanded mechanically or by hand. Bare mild steel must first be primed with WB129 primer to avoid rust bleed.
Cleaning Clean equipment with PT212 (tap water can be used but may not be as effective). If equipment is normally used for applying solvent-borne material, it's important to flush through with PT212 before and after spraying Hygiene +
Storage Store in the original container securely closed and in a dry, well-ventilated area away from sources of heat and ignition. (for full text refer to health and safety data sheet). PROTECT FROM FREEZING
